Culver started his real-estate carrier 18 years ago. He was successful in listing and selling hundreds of residential homes in the NY market. Through clear communication, negotiation, and persistence, he brought buyers and sellers together to create win-win situations for all parties involved.
In 2009 Culver and his family moved to the Poconos area. With the positive experience, Culver and his family personally had with buying and selling real-estate he knew that he would continue in the industry once settled. After a few years, Culver and his family started a real-estate investment business geared to buying, renovating, and selling distressed properties. Having great success with this venture, he decided to reeducate himself and become a certified Real Estate agent. Having 8 years of real estate sales experience in NY along with 4 years of buying, renovating distressed homes in the Poconos area, Culver is now a full-time agent sharing his knowledge and experience with the public.
